My home was built in 1961, so needless to say, it desperately needed a 21st century update, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. I could not be more appreciative of the great standard of work ethics from HTI. The crewmen were such gentlemen – they consistently cleaned up after themselves each day and were honest about every step of the project. I simply gave them the keys to my home when I wasn't going to be there.

My kitchen had the original 1960s metal cabinets and handles (very retro) and years of paint and wallpaper layers. HTI came in with wonderful ideas - completely gutting the kitchen and starting from scratch. I am so pleased with the beautiful tile floors, handmade cabinets, granite counter top, decorative backsplash and all the ‘special touches’ like a wonderful glass exhaust fan, soft-closing cabinets, two turn-table cabinets and convenient bottom cabinets with drawers. Now, everyone who sees my new kitchen is so complementary... It so beautiful, and I'm sure has added a great deal of value.

Another value-adding project for my home was my complete master bath remodel by HTI. The old blush tile and octagonal shaped tub and shower are forever gone, replaced with beautiful and decorative floor to ceiling tile, glass shower, all new fixtures, beautiful cabinets, and new vanity area including a mirror and sink. Just gorgeous. I would certainly recommend HTI to anyone, and have done so many.

HTI had already built us a beautiful new addition that allowed us a luxury space without having to leave the house in which we raised our children. We contracted HTI a second time because we suddenly realized a new problem: Our kitchen was extremely outdated! We had old countertops, cabinets and flooring – I love to cook and wanted a fabulous kitchen in which to spend my time.

From the perfect layout to custom cabinets, HTI worked with us to create the kitchen that best suited our space and needs. They assisted us in choosing the appropriate color and stone tiles for our flooring and beautiful quartz countertops. HTI worked diligently to install custom-made cabinets with my choice of style, stain, wood and self-closing drawers, complete with gorgeous knobs and pulls. They even added features such as lower cabinets have pull out drawers for easy access as well as additional shelving and tray dividers. Even our garbage can and recycling bin received special treatment by being incorporated into a pull-out cabinet so that they were hidden for a much cleaner looking kitchen.

We have HTI to thank for our beautiful, newly remodeled gourmet kitchen. We couldn’t have done it without them. HTI provides phenomenal service scheduling electricians, plumbers, painters, tile layers, cabinet installers, and anyone else that is needed to complete your project. HTI always show up when they are scheduled, arriving just on time, and leave your home and work area spotless each day. The employees are very kind and respectful of you and your home.

We could not be more pleased and couldn’t imagine working with any other contractor. HTI gave us our newly remodeled gourmet kitchen that not only added value to our home but gave me a beautiful environment in which to continue my joy of cooking!
